All orders processed by At Home Trip (ticket sending and reservation confirmation, etc.) are sent to the email address you provided during the payment process, so please be sure to check your email after making a reservation.

Information before reservation

For emergency reservations (same-day reservations),   you must receive reservation confirmation through the At Home Trip KakaoTalk channel after purchase.

Seating areas and assignments

• This show offers two seating areas, so please compare the two seating areas and choose the one that best suits you.
• The calendar for that performance reflects real-time seating availability, so any sections that aren’t displayed after you select a date are sold out.
• Seat assignments are made by At Home Trip staff, reflecting real-time seat availability within the selected area, and assigning you the optimal seat carefully selected by At Home Trip staff.

Guidance after reservation

The order confirmation sent immediately after booking does not include a ticket. A QR code ticket for admission will be sent to you via additional email within 72 hours.

QR Code Ticket

• Please make sure that the items listed on the QR code ticket (performance date, time, English name) match your purchase details. If they do not match, please contact us through the At Home Trip KakaoTalk channel.
• If you entered a 2nd priority performance date, please make sure to check the performance date written on your ticket.
• QR code tickets will be sent based on the number of people purchased.
• The ticket price listed on the QR code is the company discount price excluding performance tax/fee, and is not an error in issuing the ticket.
• If you do not see an additional email the day before the show, please check all your mailboxes by searching for “BroadwayInbound.”
• If there is a lot of time left until the performance date, seats will be issued immediately, but QR code tickets may be sent out after 72 hours.

Theater admission

• Entry is available 1 hour before the performance starts, but please arrive at least 30 minutes before.
• Please allow time before the show to use the restroom and find your seat.
• Entry may be restricted for latecomers and is only permitted during intermission times.
• Bag checks may be required as part of security procedures, and entry of large bags may be restricted.
• Please check the seat number written on the QR code ticket.

Performance and Theatre Regulations

• Outside food, drinks, carriers, weapons, etc. are prohibited.
• The use of cell phones and electronic devices is prohibited during the performance and must be switched to silent mode.
• Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited during the performance. (*However, they are permitted during the curtain call.)
• There is no separate dress code, and you can enter in comfortable casual attire.
• There is a snack bar in the theater, so you can enjoy drinks, alcohol, and snacks at your seat.
